1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tanawat CraftCV ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CraftCV is an AI-powered resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and export professional resumes. The Service is operated by Tanawat under the trade name VTX Labs ("we", "us", "VTX Labs"). Users may choose between cloud-based storage or local-only storage for their resume data.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others.

4. Data Storage Options

CraftCV provides two data storage modes:

  • Cloud Sync: Resume data is stored on our secure servers for cross-device access and automatic backups.
  • Local-Only: Resume data is stored exclusively in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process your resume content. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Clearing browser data will permanently delete your locally stored resumes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using CraftCV. We retain ownership of the Service, including templates, designs, and AI-generated suggestions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

CraftCV offers three PRO subscription options:

  • Pro Monthly ($4/month): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
  • Pro Yearly ($29/year): Billed annually. Cancel anytime.
  • Pro Lifetime ($59 one-time): A single non-refundable payment for permanent access.

All sales are final and non-refundable. A full-featured free tier is available for evaluation prior to purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for details. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VTX Labs (Tanawat) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss when using Local-Only storage mode.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
