Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on CraftCV are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a PRO plan or purchasing a Lifetime license, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds?

  • CraftCV offers a full-featured free tier that allows you to explore the platform, create resumes, and evaluate the Service before making any purchase.
  • PRO features are immediately accessible upon subscription, providing instant value.
  • We encourage all users to fully evaluate the free tier before upgrading.

Subscription Plans

  • Pro Monthly ($4/month): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime — you retain access until the end of the billing period.
  • Pro Yearly ($29/year): Billed annually. Cancel anytime — you retain access until the end of the billing period.
  • Pro Lifetime ($59 one-time): A single, non-refundable payment that grants permanent access to all PRO features. Lifetime purchases cannot be refunded as they provide indefinite access with no recurring charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation:

  • You will retain PRO access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your resumes and data will not be deleted
  • You will be downgraded to the free tier after the billing period ends

Note: Lifetime plan holders cannot cancel as there is no recurring subscription. Your access is permanent.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction), please contact us at support@vtxlabs.app before filing a dispute with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

Free Tier

CraftCV's free tier is always free and requires no payment. You can continue using basic features indefinitely without any cost.
